The Estate is over 13 hecters or 32.12 acres and is divided in sections with 60,000 sqare meters (14.8 acres) being used to cultivate the Alicante wine grape. The Alicante wine comes from grapes vine imported to the Mount Etna area of Sicily by the French and British in the eighteenth century and today is cultivated with the Syrah wine grape on another 20,000 square meters (4.9 acres). Also, there are 15,000 square meters (3.7 acres) of olive trees and 14,000 square meters (3.45 acres) of cherry and nuts trees. The Primary home, Bed and Breakfast and historic villa are over 3,496 square meters (37,630 sqare feet) with a main home of five bedrooms and four bathrooms, living room, office, kitchen and is surounded by balconies and terraces presenting views of the surrounding vineyards, Mount Etna and the Mediterranean Sea. The B&B with receiving, banquet area, large kitchen and seven full guest rooms, all with full bathrooms and is located separate from the main home. There is the wine making area, in a separate structure and also an historic villa that is still to be restored and could add another 20 rooms to the resort.
